I love this quote because we can see the anger and sadness that the creature feels because of Frankenstein abandoning him. He had done nothing wrong, and yet because of his disfigured appearance, Frankenstein shunned him and cast him out into the world alone with the hopes that his creation would just disappear. This quote stuck out to me because many parents treat their children the same way, neglecting them and pushing them away due to disabilities or sexuality, which the child doesn't have control of.
